Defines the Regional Virtual Datacenter vision and roadmap Build and develop a high performing team.
Leads the RVDC team composed mainly by technical experts for our Operations department (IT OPS)
Qualify new features and opportunities (benefit, risk, activation path, lifecycle management)
Works closely with Technical Foundations Product Owner to maintain alignement on the technical stack.
Ensure the solution has high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, reusability and reliability.
Solid business judgment and financial acumen and relationship management experience Experience of having worked in an Agile/Scrum environment, and/or knowledge of operating in an Agile/scrum approach
Experience leading large and complex projects
Experience in planning and sequencing projects based on business priority
Experience of driving finance strategy to deliver economic value for a customer
Prior experience of tracking and monitoring
Understanding of Cloud computing technologies and workload transition challenges
Knowledge of technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization Enterprise architecture successes including virtualization technologies & distributed architecture Familiarity with archive, disaster recovery and business continuity in global operation Familiarity with compliance & security standards across the enterprise IT landscape
Prior experience of integrating change management activities into business plan
Experience of leading the plan, design and execution of training initiatives
Experience of building and developing cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams Must-haveskills
Understanding of an Agile/Scrum environment Ability to « ownership » and work like an « entrepreneur“
Demonstrated ability to effectively influence at the most senior levels (e.g. SVP, VP, Director)
Customer focused with an attitude to deliver excellent customer outcomes
Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills
